FAQ

  • Online or on-site camp: summer camp will have online and on-site camps

  • Why we use summer time to study? Use the summer time to review the lessons of this school year and pre-study for the new school year; primary and secondary school students, use the summer time at home to strengthen English and prepare for future studies is also a good choice.

  • What special activities offered in Elite Summer camp?  In addition to providing academic courses, the summer camp also organize a variety of recreative activities. The children formed a small community with classmates to do activities together, read the same book, write summaries, and then organized by the teacher to present the stories in class. Not only does this practices writing, but also cultivates French/English speaking ability, and can allow more social life with classmates. The students are actively involved and very happy. • Teaching staff and management: We selected teachers who are competent in online teaching and gave them training. We continue to train more good online teachers. Students and parents have gradually become familiar with this form of online courses. Students showed positive engagement, learning motivations and good academic results. The online course technical support system is getting more and more stable.

  • The number of students of online classes of summer camp will be controlled to a reasonable size to ensure a good teaching quality.

  • Why we organize the mock exams for Grade 5? The mock exams are designed to enhance students' learning efficiency. They help students who work slowly improve both their speed and accuracy, while also encouraging more detail-oriented habits in students who tend to be careless. Based on past results, it is clear that students who participate in summer camp and receive intensive Prep Exam program typically experience a significant improvement in their academic performance.

  • Will Elite College provide reference for students to apply for secondary schools? The information sessions for this year's secondary entrance exams could be held in an online meeting, if the situation is not permitted in the classroom. In the past, the multiple information sessions were held at the end of the summer camp: Canada / Quebec Education System and Children ’s Education Planning, Quebec Secondary Schools Ranking and its analysis, school costs, characteristics and exam contents of some schools ' entrance exams, introduction to preferred schools for Elite College’s students, etc. Then, through the summer results of the student, we discuss and provide suggestions for secondary school application.
