Rules: Registration fees are waived if you pay 2 weeks before the start date of each semester. The main reason is that the office hopes that everyone will make an early decision and action, so that they can make preparations, including arranging teachers, classrooms, printing materials, making rosters, etc.
 

Within two days of submitting the form, you will receive an email for payment, and registration will be confirmed once payment is made. If you have not received an email, please call 514-582-1068.
